The SKY series optimized lightning rod is designed according to IEC and GB national standards, using advanced lightning protection and current diversion technology. It uses its own rising lead to change the direction of the downward lead of the thunderstorm cloud, leading the lightning point to itself, thus protecting shorter objects from direct lightning strikes and actively releasing lightning current into the ground. The lightning rod adopts a spherical multi pin/single pin lightning protection design, effectively increasing the lightning protection area. Product installation suggestions: |
1. Determine the lightning protection category of the building based on the area, height, number of mine days, geographic environment correction factor, and building usage nature of the protected building. 2. Determine the selection of one or more CX-SKY lightning rods based on the type of lightning protection and the area of the building. 3. The down conductor (lower conductor) should be electrically connected to the main steel reinforcement of the building, or two or more down conductors (lower conductors) should be made according to regulations. 4. The down conductor (lower conductor) should be equipped with a disconnect card and insulated for protection on the nearby ground. 5. The grounding body, grounding resistance, and lightning protection grounding network should be implemented in accordance with the requirements of lightning protection standard GB50057-94. |
