In March 2001, the Medtech Production Department was put into operation in the South High tech Zone of Chengdu. With the continuous growth of production capacity, the Medtech Technology Park located in the West Port Development Zone of Chengdu was newly completed in August 2013, covering an area of more than 20 acres and a building area of more than 20000 square meters. The new base has six advanced smart card production lines designed and introduced according to international standards, including German Heidelberg 4-color offset printing machines, IC card automatic packaging and testing machines, RFID automatic winding and welding machines, German Muehlbuer RFID automatic binding machines, RFID tag laminating machines, grading laminating machines, dispensing machines, magnetic strip laminating machines, high-speed packaging machines, etc. In addition, Maide has also established its own product testing laboratory, equipped with a complete set of testing instruments, including Voyantgformance Pro measurement system, spectrum analyzer, magnetic stripe analyzer, bending and twisting testing machine and other advanced experimental equipment. Maide is also the first manufacturer in China to independently develop the "Production Order Management System" in the smart card industry. The system follows the quality control concept of ISO quality management system, controls and traces all processes of the product, and realizes many functions such as contract management, offline single tube management, piece rate management, workstation query, and defective product traceability query. Through continuous upgrading and improvement of software and hardware, our company has developed into a large and professional manufacturer of smart cards and electronic tag series products in the western region, as well as a research and development enterprise for RFID equipment and IoT application systems. For many years, Maide has been committed to the mutual growth of employees and the company, establishing a superior employee promotion mechanism and a comprehensive technological innovation system. At present, the company has more than 300 employees, with technical personnel accounting for more than 40%. Among them, 1/5 have worked in the company for more than 20 years, 1/3 have worked for more than 10 years, and 1/5 have worked for more than 5 years. In order to further establish a good image and sense of social responsibility for efficient, high-quality, clean, environmentally friendly, and healthy and safe production, as early as 2005, the company fully passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety system certifications and continues to conduct annual reviews. In addition, we have also obtained RoHS certification and become strategic partners of chip suppliers such as FUDAN, NXP, ALIEN, IMPINJ, and ST. Nowadays, Maide Company is based in Chengdu and has established 7 branches in Chongqing, Kunming, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Shenzhen, and Beijing. Its products are widely used in dozens of fields such as transportation, social security, health, education, retail, and logistics. Since obtaining import and export licenses in 2005, Medtech's RFID cards, electronic tags, and hotel door cards have been popular products in over 100 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, India, Dubai, and Israel.
