Beijing Huaxia Sci Tech Innovation Instrument Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, service, and technical consulting of analytical instruments. It is a member unit of the China Instrument and Meter Industry Association and a member unit of the China Association for Analysis and Testing. The company adheres to the close integration of government, industry, academia, research and application, and takes the path of independent innovation in scientific instruments. It has undertaken the "15th Five Year Plan" scientific and technological research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and now has three major series of "water quality monitoring and analysis instruments, food safety rapid testing instruments, and oil analysis instruments", with more than dozens of products sold to 31 provinces across the country, and some products exported overseas. In 2008, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Puchuang Instrument Co., Ltd., was established in Jiaxing Science and Technology City, Zhejiang. It is also the industrialization base of the Testing Technology and Scientific Instrument Research Center of Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute. In 2012, Zhejiang Puchuang Instrument Co., Ltd. and German Siemens joint venture Puchuang (Shanghai) Instrument Co., Ltd. were established in Shanghai, integrating Siemens' "open innovation" to jointly develop industrial process analysis instruments for global applications.
