3. The active roller frame is driven by a motor to drive two worm gear reducers, which in turn drive the rollers. The linear speed of the rollers is 100-1000mm/min. The driven roller frame has no power and serves as a support.
4. The roller has high hardness, pressure resistance, wear resistance, and long service life;
5. The speed regulation system of the motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which has low-frequency high torque, differential compensation function, as well as overload and short circuit protection function to ensure stable and reliable performance.
6. The control system mainly consists of an electrical control box and a remote control box

The control board inside the electrical control box consists of fuses, contactors, frequency converters, and wiring terminals, which control the on/off of the motor and achieve actions such as rotation or stop. Through the remote control box, remote debugging and operation can be achieved, with digital display of roller speed, flexible operation, and convenient use.
