The limestone crushing equipment produces 700-800 tons of limestone per hour. The stone is blasted down from the mountain and sent to a vibrating feeder by a dump truck. The vibrating feeder evenly sends the stone to a jaw crusher, which crushes the stone in the first stage. The stone from the jaw crusher is about 150mm-300mm, and the material is sent to the European version impact crusher for the second stage of crushing by the vibrating feeder. The material is classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re crushing. The finished product is transported to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
Note: When the feed is less than or equal to 300mm, the material directly enters the European version for counterattack crushing, without the need for the first stage of crushing.

The equipment is capable of crushing 600-700 tons of granite and basalt at a time. The stones are blasted from the mountain and sent to a vibrating feeder by a dump truck. The vibrating feeder evenly sends the stones to a jaw crusher, which crushes them in the first stage. The crushed stones are around 150mm-300mm in size and then sent to an efficient hydraulic cone crusher for the second stage. The crushed materials are classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen. Materials larger than 40mm are returned to the cone crusher for crushing, while materials smaller than 40mm are sent to a shaping machine by a belt conveyor for shaping. The finished product after shaping is classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen, and transported to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
Note: When the feed size is less than or equal to 320mm, the material directly enters the cone crusher without the need for the first stage of crushing.

The stone from the jaw crusher is about 160mm to 275mm, and is sent to the European version impact crusher for the second stage of crushing by the vibrating feeder. The material is classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re crushing. The finished product is transported to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
