The ambient temperature for the use of spiral feeders is usually -20 to 50 ℃; Among them, the temperature of the material conveyed by the horizontal spiral feeder should be less than 200 ℃; The inclination angle β of the conveyor should generally be less than 20 °; The conveying distance is generally less than 40m, and the maximum is not more than 70m. For vertical spiral feeders, the temperature of the conveyed material is generally not greater than 80 ℃, and the vertical lifting height is not more than 8m.

The GX type spiral feeder has seven specifications of spiral diameter, including 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600mm, etc. The shortest body is 3m, the longest can reach 70m, and the step difference is 0.5m. According to different on-site needs, corresponding conveying systems can be formed for one-way conveying with horizontal or inclined angles less than 20 °.
The spiral diameter of LS type spiral feeder is 100-1250mm, with eleven specifications, and there are two driving modes: single end drive and double end drive; The LS type spiral feeder has a length of 0.5m and can be assembled into corresponding conveying systems according to different site requirements. Like the GX type spiral feeder, it is used for one-way conveying with horizontal or inclined angles less than 20 °.
The LC type vertical spiral feeder is suitable for vertically or with a large inclination angle to transport dry materials in powder or granular form, with low viscosity and a loose density of 0.5-1.3. The LC type vertical spiral feeder has several standardized specifications such as spiral diameter of 200, 250, 315, etc. The maximum lifting height generally does not exceed 8m, and the height of the machine body is adjusted every 0.5m. According to different on-site needs, corresponding lifting and conveying systems can be formed.
