Basic working principle:
In the process of air filtration, due to the adsorption of dust, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the air flow passing through the high-efficiency filter element will gradually increase. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element is greater than a certain set value, the "pulse controller" will automatically start. It controls the "pulse valve" to perform a programmed pulse backwash from inside to outside to each row of filter elements with compressed air in a very short time, in order to remove the accumulated dust adsorbed on the filter element; When the filter element is washed clean (i.e. the pressure difference between the inside and outside is less than a certain set value or after several cycles of backwashing), the flushing process stops automatically. Due to the fact that the compressed air for backwashing is injected into the filter element through a "Venturi tube", not only does it consume very little air, but it also has strong explosive power and good flushing effect. Pulse cleaning does not affect the normal operation of gas equipment.
