Product Introduction

A strong blade crusher can be used as a low-temperature crusher, which is mainly used for crushing materials such as plastics, resins, and rosin in low-temperature environments. This machine has air-cooled and water-cooled equipment designs, which are relatively thicker and more reasonable in structure compared to ordinary blade crushers. The blades of this machine adopt a separated step design, which can effectively crush materials with stronger chip cutting force under limited power drive.

Working principle

The low-temperature crusher drives the moving blade disc to rotate at high speed through an electric motor. During the high-speed rotation of the moving blade, it forms a relative motion trend with the fixed blade. The gap formed between the moving blade and the fixed blade creates a cutting edge for material crushing and shearing, thereby crushing large pieces of plastic. The crushed material is filtered and outputted through a sieve to filter the particle size of the material, making the entire processing process convenient and labor-saving. The screen adopts an external bracket structure, which is particularly suitable for customers who frequently change production raw materials and material colors. Before changing materials, users only need to open the machine cavity and remove the screen bracket to perform convenient and efficient all-round cleaning of the equipment.
