HD-TLS10Ion chromatography analyzerIt is a popular single system ion chromatograph designed for customers. It can be configured with a single anion system or a single cation system, which is the most basic unit of ion chromatography. It can be combined with an automatic sampler to achieve fully automatic detection function. The reserved interface for the eluent generator can achieve seamless docking. The seven inch large screen data display, conductivity cell constant temperature, Du box constant temperature, and one key injection start are all standard equipment of the instrument, forming a more powerful detection system.

3、 Product features:

1. Flow system: All flow systems use PEEK tubing, including double plunger constant flow pumps, automatic valve components, chromatography columns, suppressors, and all tubing for conductivity cells.

2. Dual plunger constant flow pump system: high-performance, low pulse PEEK dual plunger constant flow pump. The high-precision stepper motor is used to drive the precision Archimedean spiral cam system, which improves the system performance, reliability, stability, and durability. Suitable for pH 0-14 rinsing solutions and reverse phase organic solvents.

3. Conductivity detector structure: dual electrode tube conductivity cell, internal structure temperature controllable. To truly achieve good accuracy and reproducibility of samples under constant temperature conditions, a digital signal control processor can be used. When detecting ions of different concentrations from μ g/L to g/L, the output signal can be directly digitally expanded without adjusting the range. The output value should be a direct conductivity signal, providing a chromatogram with conductivity output.

4. Ion suppressor: Regeneration can be achieved through electrolysis without the need for acid addition. Easy to operate, in order to save customers' knowledge of suppressors, the company can provide a five-year warranty service.

5. Digital three-dimensional column temperature box: By using high-precision PID control to adjust the temperature of the column temperature box, the temperature of all pipelines inside the column temperature box, including the chromatography column and suppressor, can be balanced without interfering with conductivity.

6. The chromatography software can transmit digital signals through high-performance Bluetooth and computer, and can be used to develop analysis methods and sequences.

7. The graphical anti control interface provides real-time analysis of condition parameters and analysis results, online modification and collection of working parameters of various components, automatic fast data collection and post-processing, and instrument related data and operation status traceability function, facilitating fault diagnosis.

8. Support the establishment and calling of instrument analysis methods and data processing templates. The online automatic sampler does not require additional renaming of the collected spectral data, and supports the replacement and calling of sample analysis methods without stopping the machine, achieving unmanned analysis work.

9. The conductivity value is displayed in μ S/cm and has calibration interfaces for chromatographic pump flow rate, pressure, conductivity detection cell constant, etc. It supports user self calibration.
