A steam jet vacuum pump is a device that uses water vapor as the pumping medium to obtain vacuum. Steam of a certain pressure is ejected at supersonic speed through a Laval nozzle. Convert pressure energy into velocity energy. At the nozzle outlet, low pressure is formed due to the injection effect of high-speed steam flow. The working steam and the extracted airflow are mixed in the mixing chamber and undergo energy exchange. The mixed airflow is decelerated and pressurized in the diffuser tube. Due to different vacuum requirements from users. Each steam jet vacuum pump can be connected in series with a single stage or multiple stages. The more stages there are, the higher the vacuum degree (lower residual pressure). The relationship between general suction pressure and stage is as follows:

Installation instructions
The installation quality of steam jet vacuum pump system has a significant impact on its safe operation and working ability. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the installation procedures before installation. The following points are for users to refer to when installing.

1. Preparation before installation:
① Before construction, users must be familiar with the process flow chart and equipment installation diagram; Understand assembly dimensions, assembly requirements, technical conditions, and interconnected components;
② Count the components to be installed and inspect each component. For non-conforming products, notify the supplier to send personnel for repair;
③ Thoroughly cleaning the interior of installed components, especially debris in steam and cooling water pipelines, is one of the main factors causing abnormal operation of vacuum pumps;
④ Strictly inspect the corrosion on the inner surface of steam pipelines and thoroughly remove rust blocks before installation. Pipelines with severe corrosion are prohibited from use.
⑤ Check whether the position and size of the anchor bolts of the machine base for installing equipment are correct, and whether the height of the machine base meets the design requirements.

② When installing, start by positioning and installing each condenser. First, lift the first main condenser onto the machine base and calibrate the installation position of the first main condenser to ensure it is qualified

③ The installation requirements for the remaining condensers are the same as above.
④ Then connect each level of injector between the system and the condenser, and the connection type and arrangement of each injector are indicated in the process flow diagram and equipment installation diagram. spurt

⑤ The installation height of the steam jet direct air pump condenser is 12 meters from the liquid level of the liquid seal water tank at the outlet of the condenser. The atmospheric leg should extend below the liquid surface to a depth equal to its diameter and not less than 200mm.
⑥ The heavier and larger injectors in the first and second stage injectors should be supported and fixed.
⑦ When installing steam and cooling water pipelines, there should be no welding slag or other debris left in the pipelines to prevent nozzle blockage.
⑧ The steam pipeline should have insulation measures and be inclined towards the steam distribution cylinder at a slope of 1%.

⑨ When the steam jet vacuum pump is a single-stage pump or a multi-stage pump without an intermediate condenser, the installation height of the equipment is not limited. Atmospheric silencing condenser (direct cooling or

⑩ After installation, the entire vacuum system is required to have good sealing. All vacuum chambers, vacuum pipelines, drainage pipes, and connections of steam injectors at all levels should be strictly sealed and undergo sealing inspection.


3. Installation precautions:

① Install the vacuum condenser drain pipe according to the size of the condenser drain pipe. When the following water pipes need to be bent for installation, the angle between the inclined pipe and the vertical pipe should not exceed 45 °
The bottom of the water pipe should be equipped with a flange for sealing during air tightness pressure testing and leak detection of vacuum equipment;
② The pipes connected to the vacuum equipment should be strictly equipped according to the diameter requirements of the equipment installation diagram, and the diameter of the pipes should not be changed arbitrarily;
③ The gasket of each connecting flange sealing surface should be flat and free of creases, and the inner diameter of the gasket should not be smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe mouth.
④ Install the water supply pipeline according to the design requirements. After installation, blow the water supply pipeline before connecting it to the condenser interface, and then conduct a water pressure test on the water supply system,
The test pressure is 0.4 MPa (G), and the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes without leakage. After passing the pressure test, the blind plate is removed and the water supply pipe is connected to the condenser;
⑤ Install the steam supply pipeline according to the design requirements. After installation, blow the steam supply pipeline before connecting it to the interface of each level of jet pump. Then, the steam supply system should be airtight
Sexual test, with a test pressure of 1.0MPa (G), held for 30 minutes without leakage. The pressure should be gradually increased during the test, and after passing the test, the blind plate should be removed and the steam supply pipe should be connected to the injector;
⑥ After installation, seal all interfaces of the vacuum equipment with blind plates, conduct air tightness pressure testing and leak detection on the vacuum equipment, and apply compressed air of 0.2MPa (G) to ensure its safety
Pressure should be maintained for 24 hours, with an average pressure drop of no more than 2% per hour. The air pressure test should be conducted under the supervision of the safety department, and the vacuum equipment should undergo air tightness pressure testing and leak detection, including vacuum pumps at all levels, condensers, pump connections, and condenser drain pipes.
Tank injector
