2、 Principle and Characteristics:
Principle: The PSG series gas-solid injector uses a centrifugal fan (air compressor, Roots blower) as the power source, applies the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, combines fluidization technology, jet technology, and pressure difference principle, and uses an electric rotary feeder as the feeding device to feed the material into the material and gas mixing chamber. While the material is fluidized in the material and gas mixing chamber, the high-speed airflow generated by the double ring nozzle is used to feed the material into the acceleration chamber, and the suspended flow enters the conveying pipeline. The pneumatic pressure difference is used to feed the material along the pipeline into the receiving bin. The material gas is separated and filtered through a bag filter before being discharged into the atmosphere.

6、 Selection principles and applicable conditions 1. Selection principle: The pneumatic conveying system composed of PSG series gas-solid injectors as the core equipment should first be provided by the user, including the required conveying volume, conveying distance, physical and chemical parameters of the material, as well as the maximum and normal temperatures of the material; If it is under the dust collector of the boiler, basic parameters such as the layout of the dust hopper and the distribution of ash volume should be provided. Then the company's design department will provide a basic plan for conveying configuration. The required gas volume, grouping arrangement, continuous pump model, intake pipe and ash conveying pipeline configuration, and top dust collector configuration will be ultimately reviewed and determined by the user. 2.
