Equipment features
Pre installed 5 μ micro filters protect the high-pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane from damage caused by particles or other hard objects. The low voltage switch protects the high voltage pump from damage due to water supply interruption. An efficient and low-noise high-pressure pump reduces operating noise and electricity consumption. The roll type composite membrane with good desalination effect and low operating pressure improves the quality of produced water and reduces operating costs, and has a long service life. Both produced water and concentrated water are equipped with flow meters to monitor and adjust the operating water output and system recovery rate. The conductivity meter continuously monitors the quality of the produced water. The inlet and outlet pressure gauges continuously monitor the pressure difference of the reverse osmosis membrane and indicate when cleaning is needed. Automatic water shut-off valve to prevent water from continuing to flow in during shutdown. Quickly flush the valve and regularly flush the membrane surface. Reduce the speed of pollution.
