ZZKV self operated micro pressure regulating valve belongs to the series of self operated pressure regulating valves; It is a self operated valve that does not require any external energy and relies on the medium's own energy control. It is a self operated valve between ZZYP and ZZYVP in the self operated valve series Mainly used in situations where the pressure in front of the control valve is less than 0.2 MPa.
Characteristics of ZZKV self operated micro pressure regulating valve
1. The adjustment spring is designed above the thin film actuator for on-site debugging.
2. No packing, there is no friction when the valve stem moves up and down, and the upper seal is reliable
3. The sensitive components of the actuator are extremely sensitive, and even tiny pressure changes can be detected
4. The valve body is in a four-way form, so K and B types can be used interchangeably as one type of valve body
5. Balanced structure, not affected by pre valve pressure

Principle of ZZKV self operated micro pressure regulating valve
The valve adopts a large diaphragm actuator with stable output force and is extremely sensitive to small changes in pressure and flow rate, with high control accuracy. The valve core adopts a single seat flow opening (high inlet and low outlet) design, and a balancing diaphragm is installed at the valve cover (connected to the valve body) to balance the pressure before the valve and eliminate unbalanced force. The pressure behind the valve enters the diaphragm actuator through a pressure tapping tube. Compared with the regulating spring of the diaphragm actuator, if the pressure cannot reach the set value (regulating the compression actuator spring), the pressure behind the valve will increase, and vice versa, it will decrease.
