1、 Purpose:
The ZXG suspended center drive scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for sedimentation tank discharge in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
2、 Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a central transmission system. Sewage flows into the water pipe from under the working bridge, and after diffusion through the guide tube, it flows out uniformly in a radial manner to the surroundings. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge and is sucked into the sludge collection tank by the suction pipe relying on the static water pressure in the tank, and then discharged into the central sludge tank through the central discharge pipe. The floating slag on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge hopper through the rotating skimming device and discharged outside the tank, while the supernatant overflows into the discharge tank through the triangular outlet weir and is discharged.

5、 Main features
The work bridge adopts a full bridge structure, which can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel or concrete structure;
The driving device adopts a vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a combination of helical gear reducer and turbine reducer to ensure the output torque and speed;
The scraper adopts a linear scraper;
The lower end of the vertical shaft of the mud scraper is equipped with an underwater bearing and a scraper to avoid the deviation of the vertical shaft during rotation and the accumulation of sludge in the mud collection tank;
Set up mechanical and electrical dual overload protection for safe and reliable operation;
The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely, allowing for direct control of the equipment.
