The non clogging self-priming sewage pump is a type of pump developed by our company based on the structure and performance of ZX self-priming centrifugal pump and QW submersible sewage pump, and drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products, which integrates self-priming and sewage discharge. It can be used as a general self-priming pump for clean water without the need for a bottom valve or water injection. It can also suck up 60% of the large solid particles with an outlet diameter and 1.5 times the fiber length of the impeller diameter, including dirt, sediment, waste impurities, feces treatment, and all engineering wastewater and gelatinous liquids, completely reducing the labor intensity of human labor. Moreover, it is easy to install and use with minimal maintenance. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel self-priming pumps. 3. The particle diameter is 60% of the diameter of the self-priming pump, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter. 4. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240 kilograms per cubic meter
