ZW type self-priming sewage pump, also known as solid-liquid pump or impurity pump. The hydraulic design of this series of pumps is unique. When the impeller rotates, the liquid inside the pump generates a strong axial vortex, creating a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. ZW type self-priming non clogging sewage pump is a pump developed by our company based on the structure and performance of ZX type self-priming centrifugal pump and QW type submersible sewage pump, and drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products, which integrates self-priming and sewage discharge. Suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, pulp, textile, food, power plants, municipal sewage engineering, public facility sewage, and river pond aquaculture.
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃. Special requirements can reach 200 ℃
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3
4. The self-priming height should not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe should be ≤ 10 meters.
5. The suspended particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.

Installation condition requirements
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
