Working principle and structure of ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screen:
The ZSG series heavy-duty vibrating screen for mining is driven by a vibration motor or ordinary motor externally or by a self vibration source, causing the screen body to undergo periodic reciprocating vibration in the direction of the excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic motion along a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening. The ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen consists of an excitation device, a screen box, a dust cover, a hopper, a vibration reduction device, a base, and other parts. When the ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen is in operation, the excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface inside the screen box through the screen box. As the excitation force generated by the exciter is a longitudinal force, it forces the screen box to drive the screen surface to undergo longitudinal forward and backward displacement. Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward due to the excitation force. When it falls, the material smaller than the screen hole passes through the screen and falls to the lower layer. The motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface is a parabolic motion. Due to this repetitive material movement, the material falls into the screen box from the feeding end, quickly moves forward, loosens, passes through the screen, and completes the screening operation.
The ZSG series mining heavy-duty vibrating screen consists of a screen box, a vibration motor, a vibration reduction system, and a chassis. The screening box is composed of screening frame, screen plate, lining plate, etc. The side plate of the screening machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected to the crossbeam and exciter base with high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The structure is reasonable, sturdy and durable.

The vibration reduction system consists of rubber springs, support seats, and other components. Installation, commissioning and operation of ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screen:
Before installing the ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screening machine, construction should be carried out according to the foundation drawing of the machine, with embedded foot bolts or steel plates. The two vibration motors of ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screen must rotate in reverse. After wiring and installation, they can be debugged according to production process requirements; Adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor according to the flow rate of the screened material, in order to carry out the classification operation of the screened material.
The ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screening machine is equipped with two vibration motors. During debugging, the protective covers at both ends of each vibration motor should be opened to check whether the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor are completely overlapped. If the two eccentric blocks at each end are completely overlapped and correspond to the other end, the production capacity of the screening machine is maximum. If the production capacity needs to be changed, the opening and closing angles of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor can be adjusted (the two sections should be consistent) to achieve the expected ideal effect.
Before starting the ZSG high-efficiency heavy-duty screening machine, the operator must carefully inspect its various components for any collisions or loose bolts, especially the vibration motor foundation bolts for any looseness. All process facilities and equipment configured with the screening body must use soft connections to avoid the vibration of the screening machine affecting the normal operation of other process facilities. Then, open the protective cover on one end of the two vibration motors and press the start button on the electrical control box. Observe whether the two vibration motors are rotating in opposite directions. If they are rotating in the same direction, quickly stop them and change them to reverse rotation.
