Secondly, the stability of this chromatographic column under low pH conditions is good, such as using trifluoroacetic acid containing a mobile phase commonly used for separating proteins and peptides. For LC/MS separation under low pH conditions, this chromatographic column can also use formic acid and acetic acid mobile phase modifiers. These chromatography columns can be used for protein and peptide selectivity and recovery optimization in four different bonded stationary phases (C18, C8, C3, and cyano).
