4 Main features of the product:
4.1.Curtain wall automatic detection device: using a static pressure box and a movable specimen frame structure to install specimens, with adjustable specimen openings. The horizontal partition of the pressure box can be adjusted up and down, and adopts a built-in spraying method, which is beautiful and durable. The whole machine is assembled and combined, which saves time in installation. The planar displacement detection adopts the parallelogram method, also known as the arbitration method.

9、 Main structure of the product
1.Air pressure source section:
It consists of a pressure source, an electric positive and negative pressure reversing valve, an electric pressure regulating valve, an electric fluctuation pressure regulating valve, an electric fluctuation valve, an electric shut-off valve, and connecting pipelines. This section ensures that the system has sufficient pressure and gas flow when detecting curtain walls, doors, and windows. To meet the requirements of various pressure tests stipulated by national standards.
2.Automatic control part:
It mainly consists of industrial control computer, monitor, printer, data acquisition card, measuring instrument, distribution panel, operation console, and software system. It can ensure that after the specimen is clamped, all parts of the system are automatically controlled according to the set program, and all the testing contents specified by the national standards are automatically completed.
3.Rainwater spraying section:
It mainly consists of a water pump, a water tank, control valves, nozzles, a water filtration device, and connecting pipelines. This section ensures that the system has sufficient and uniform water supply for curtain wall inspection, the sprinkler system is unobstructed, and the spraying is uniform.
4.Static pressure box section:
Mainly composed of curtain wall static pressure box, curtain wall clamping device, specimen lifting device, specimen frame, movable work ladder, etc. The static pressure box and body of the curtain wall are all made of steel structure, which has sufficient pressure resistance and strict sealing, and can ensure the reliability of long-term stable operation. The horizontal partition can move up and down, allowing for seamless adjustment of the size of the curtain wall opening.
Equipped with multiple sets of curtain wall installation combination fixtures, it can install various building curtain wall specimens.
The opening size of the curtain wall static pressure box can be designed and processed according to user requirements.
5.Plane displacement part:
It mainly consists of motors, hydraulic oil stations, electromagnetic directional valves, pressure instruments, oil pipelines, and oil cylinder devices. This section is dedicated to testing the deformation performance within the curtain wall plane.

Integrating VB programming software, industrial control configuration software, and Excel report software, fully leveraging the advantages of various software systems, this control system has a beautiful interface, simple and intuitive operation, flexible data processing report format, and users can choose freely. After years of use, it has been proven that the system runs stably, reliably, and has strong anti-interference ability.
2.The calibration of system detection instruments is convenient, and the system has specially developed matching calibration software, which enables the accuracy and linearity of pressure, displacement, flow rate, and sensors to be easily calibrated on the computer during the annual cycle. Users only need to click the mouse to perform accuracy compensation.
3.Truly achieve fully automated computer control and detection. All detection quantities of the system, such as pressure signal acquisitionThe collection and control of air flow and water flow signals, as well as the acquisition of displacement, are all controlled by computers. Users only need to select the items that need to be tested on the computer platform and issue operation commands to automatically complete all testing content according to national standards. And automatically print the report. No human intervention is required during equipment operation, and the detection system is reliable, fair, and accurate.
4.The application of advanced DC motor speed control methods enables fast, uniform, and stable pressure regulation in the system. To meet the requirements of the curtain wall for pressurization speed and fluctuation time, advanced DC motor control methods from the United States have been introduced, coupled with high-precision proportional control valves and fluctuation valves specially developed by our company, to strictly control the pressure regulation speed and fluctuation time within the range required by the new national standard.
5.A high-performance data acquisition card and a domestically renowned industrial control computer system, coupled with an independently developed multi-channel electrical control system, have a simple structure and easy maintenance, enabling the entire machine to achieve a distributed control mode. Solid state relays with optoelectronic isolation have fast response, small size, and can provide good protection for computer control systems.
6The interface is fully in Chinese, with a realistic measurement and control screen structure. Users can directly observe the working status of each control mechanism and the changes in various data in real time on the display.
7.Characteristics of static pressure box for curtain wall detection:
(1) The box and water tank are integrated structures, and the upper part of the box is equipped with electric movable lifting equipment, which is easy to install test specimens. The water tank is made of reinforced concrete structure, making the static pressure box more stable and lifting safer.
(2) The transverse partition of the static pressure box can move up and down freely under the drive of the winch, allowing for infinite changes in the size of the static pressure box opening to meet the requirements of various sizes of curtain wall inspections. The test piece frame is a rectangular structure, with the upper end fixed and the lower end able to swing left and right under the drive of the oil cylinder, which drives the curtain wall to conduct a planar displacement motion test.
(3) The static pressure box is equipped with a built-in sprinkler system and an automatic water spray adjustment system. The system sprays evenly and can form a uniform water film on the surface of the specimen.
(4) The curtain wall detection static pressure box is equipped with an automatic fluctuation test device.
(5) The installation fixtures for curtain wall specimens are adjustable and suitable for the installation of various curtain wall specimens. The static pressure box is equipped with three reaction beams and multiple sets of combination fixtures, which can install various building curtain wall specimens with time-saving, labor-saving, safe, reliable, and high detection efficiency.
