1、 ZM-1B Vibration Grinding Prototype Description:
The vibration grinding machine is used to crush and grind non-metallic minerals with hardness, quickly making the material into a sample of 80-200 mesh micro powder within 2-6 minutes, which can be directly used for laboratory testing. This device is divided into Type A machine (not labeled) and Type B. Type A machines can be equipped with electronic timers, while Type B machines have built-in electronic timers and are manufactured using upgraded materials.
2、 Working principle of ZM-1B vibration grinding prototype:
The material is placed in a sealed bowl, which contains a crushing hammer and a crushing ring. The motor drives the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed, creating vibration, impact, and friction forces to make the material into powder. The material bowl comes in ordinary steel, high manganese steel (standard), wear-resistant alloy, tungsten carbide, agate, etc., with a price difference of 30 times, depending on the hardness and properties of the material. The equipment runs smoothly with low noise, and the feet of the small machine do not need to be fixed.
