ZKZ series linear electric actuator
overviewThe ZKZ series linear electric actuator is a straight through type electric control valve driving device, which controls the valve through external power switching or input DC current signal.
This series of electric actuators is powered by a low-speed synchronous motor, which is reduced by a gear set and converted into linear displacement using screws and nuts to drive the regulating valve to open and close. High precision and reliable potentiometers are used for position feedback output, and upper and lower limit limits are set.
This series of electric actuators uses a patch mounted large-scale integrated circuit to produce servo amplifiers in a proportional variety (i.e. with E), which control the valve through 4-20mA or 1-5V signals.

According to different job requirements, it is important to reasonably select straight stroke actuators and straight through valves. Based on our experience, we recommend the maximum pressure difference (i.e. the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve, in MPa) when using straight stroke actuators with corresponding straight through valves
| DN20 | DN25 | DN32 | DN40 | DN50 | DN65 | DN80 | DN100 | DN125 | DN150 | |
| ZKZ(E)-1000 | 2.0 | 1.4 | 0.9 | 0.6 | 0.4 | |||||
| ZKZ(E)-4000 | 8.1 | 4.9 | 3.2 | 2.0 | 1.2 | 0.8 | 0.5 | 0.3 | 0.2 | |
| Note: The data listed in the table is for single seat straight through valves. When equipped with double seat straight through valves, the maximum pressure difference can be calculated based on 5-7 times the corresponding diameter in the table. | ||||||||||
