Overview of ZJ50-1000 DC Motor
The ZJ500-1000 DC motor developed by our company has absorbed new technologies and processes in the field of DC motor design and manufacturing at home and abroad, concentrated scientific and technological strength, and optimized the design using ANSOFT software, ANSYS software, and FLUENT software. It is a high-power, high-speed DC motor developed for the exploration and development of oil and gas resources.
The ZJ500-1000 DC motor has a high output power (rated power of 1000kW), which can better meet the requirements of medium and deep well drilling operations than other similar motors in China (rated power of 800kW).
The performance, external installation dimensions, and technical requirements of ZJ500-1000 DC electric motor comply with national standards (GB997) and International Electrotechnical Commission standards (IEC34-7). The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of the motor comply with International Organization for Standardization standards (ISO).
ZJ50-1000 DC motor usage conditions and product features
The ZJ500-1000 DC motor can be installed in harsh environmental conditions, but the correct cooling method and protection level must be selected to maintain the cleanliness inside the motor.
The power supply of this motor adopts static rectification power supply or DC generator
Source. When the motor is powered by a static rectification power supply, the pulse number of the rectifier should not be less than 6, and the peak ripple factor of the power supply should not exceed 10% at rated base speed, rated voltage, and rated load current.
The ZJ500-1000 DC motor adopts a domestically leading fully laminated structure base, which has the advantages of small size and light weight. Suitable for thyristor rectifier power supply, the motor has good commutation performance under rapid changes in load current. The motor adopts internationally advanced DuPont insulation material and Morgan carbon material, with the main pole coil formed by hot pressing, and advanced structures such as commutator spiral groove and oblique brush holder. Electric motors have the characteristics of high power, high speed, high torque, direct temperature measurement, on-site feedback speed, wide range of constant power speed regulation, high efficiency, and high reliability. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted to meet various operational needs. The entire stator and rotor are treated with solvent-free paint vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), which gives the winding good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, as well as excellent insulation and thermal conductivity.

The armature core is made of stacked silicon steel sheets and has good magnetic conductivity. All electric motors use imported rolling bearings and a non-stop refueling structure to meet the requirements of actual working conditions.
