ZW(F)The series self-priming sewage pump is an efficient, energy-saving, and non clogging sewage pump developed by combining advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad. Its performance indicators have reached the technical level of similar foreign products. Due to the use of a unique wide channel impeller and two sets of special hard alloy devices for mechanical seals, it has the characteristics of non clogging, durability, easy maintenance, and high efficiency, and is highly welcomed by users.
Main purpose
This series of non clogging sewage pumps is mainly suitable for transporting industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. Its advantage is that it has strong self-priming ability, and the suction pipeline does not require a bottom valve. It can transport sewage containing large solid particles, fiber materials, and various impurities, with a solid content of ≤ 35% and is not easily blocked. In addition to being suitable for transporting sewage, it is also used as a drainage pump, pulp pump, filtration, flushing, condensation and circulation pump, irrigation pump, etc. It is widely used in mining, construction sites, hospitals, hotels, sewage treatment and other occasions. Suitable for medium temperatures ranging from 0 ℃ to 150 ℃. ZW (F) series unobstructed sewage pumps are divided into two types: ordinary type and corrosion-resistant type. The ordinary type is made of carbon steel, while the corrosion-resistant type includes 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, etc. Different materials are used for different occasions.
