Product Introduction

The ZGF-ZN intelligent DC high voltage generator is a new generation of intelligent product designed and manufactured by Wuhan Boshan Power Equipment Co., Ltd. based on the new power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for DC High Voltage Generators". It is developed on the basis of the first generation portable DC high voltage tester. It is mainly suitable for conducting DC withstand voltage tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, generators, etc. in power departments, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel and other enterprises.

The ZGF-ZN intelligent DC high voltage generator adopts a fully Chinese menu display, with a good human-machine interface and simple operation. And it has functions such as automatic zero start, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, which are safe, reliable, highly intelligent, fully functional, and have stable and reliable data.

Product Features

1. Adopting intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices.

2. Adopting voltage feedback, the output voltage stability is high, and the ripple coefficient is ≤ 1%.

3. The full range adopts a single-chip microcontroller for smooth voltage regulation, and the boosting speed is uniformly adjustable.

4. Poor grounding alarm function: If the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, the instrument will alarm and there will be no high voltage output.
