Working principle
The drum type mechanical grille is made of grille plates that form a drum shaped basket according to the gap between the grids. The water to be treated flows in front of the basket, filters through the grille, and flows to the outlet of the water tank. The slag is trapped on the surface of the grille. When the water level difference inside and outside the grille reaches a certain value, the rotating toothed rake installed on the central shaft rotates back to clean the dirt. When the slag cleaning toothed rake collects the dirt to the top of the basket, it begins to unload the slag (the slag that can fall by its own weight is discharged into the slag groove); After each subsequent 15 ° rotation, the slag adhered to the rake teeth is automatically scraped off by the cleaning teeth plate at the top of the basket and discharged into the slag groove. The slag is lifted by the spiral conveyor at the bottom of the groove, and after being pressed and dehydrated in the upper pressing section, it is unloaded onto the conveyor belt or transported outside the garbage truck. After being pressed and dehydrated, the solid content of the filter residue can reach 25% -45%, which plays an important role in reducing transportation costs and preventing secondary pollution.
