Industrial online corrosion rate dynamic monitoring deviceDeveloped in collaboration between Inner Mongolia Electric Power Science Research Institute and Beijing Huake Instrument Technology Co., Ltd., this project aims to solve the challenging problem of dynamic online analysis and measurement of corrosion rate of furnace tubes in modern high parameter and large capacity generator sets during production. It is a technical guarantee for dynamic technical diagnosis of thermal equipment and prevention of thermal equipment (furnace tube) leakage and bursting accidents.
This product analyzes and measures the water vapor medium to monitor and explore the corrosion and damage information of boiler heating surface materials during the production process, in order to reveal the entire corrosion process and timely understand and grasp the corrosion control effect. It can diagnose the actual situation of corrosion damage and safety hazards caused by thermal equipment in the production process in a timely and rapid manner.
