The ZFQZ series DC motor is a series of products developed by our company based on the Z4 series DC motor and drawing on the main process of the ZZJ800 series DC motor. The rotational inertia of the motor is 45% and 65% of the ZZJ-800 series and ZZJ-900 series, respectively; Adapt to harsh working conditions of frequent forward and reverse movements and frequent braking. The motor has excellent overload characteristics, with its maximum torque and starting torque being 112% and 117% times that of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series, respectively. The weight of the motor is only 65% of that of the ZZJ-800 series. The motor power level complies with the international standard IEC34-13 "Technical Specification for Auxiliary Motors for Lifting and Metallurgical Applications". The external dimensions of the motor, except for the axial dimension "B" between the two foot holes, comply with the IEC72 international standard. The motor can achieve the main installation dimensions consistent with the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series through the use of a base plate, and the corresponding shaft extension dimensions of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series can be made through negotiation, thus replacing the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series products.
Service conditions for ZFQZ (250-450) DC motor
1. Electric motors are suitable for environments with air temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+40 ℃ and altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
2. The power supply for the electric motor is either a static rectifier power supply or a DC generator power supply. When a three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier power supply is used, it can operate for a long time without an external smoothing reactor.

1. The rated voltage of an electric motor can be divided into two types: 220V and 440V, and other voltage levels can also be derived as needed.
2. The excitation method of the electric motor is separate excitation, and the excitation voltage is 180V or 310V. Other voltage levels can also be derived as needed.
3. At the base speed of the electric motor, it is allowed to operate at the maximum operating torque specified in the technical data sheet for 60 seconds.
4. A motor with a rated voltage of 220V can increase the applied voltage to double the rated speed, allowing the maximum operating torque to be 1.8 times the rated torque; Lasted for 15 seconds.
5. The maximum operating torque of a motor with a rated voltage of 220V when operating at the weak magnetic speed specified in the technical data sheet is 0.6 times the rated torque for 15 seconds.
6. The current change rate (di/dt) of the electric motor can reach 200-250 times the rated current per second. If di/dt>250 is required, it can be resolved through negotiation.
7. The standard position of the motor's outlet box is located on the right side of the machine base from the transmission end, as needed; It can also be installed on the left side of the machine base, but it needs to be specified when ordering.

1. The base of the electric motor is an octagonal thin steel plate laminated structure, which has the advantages of high utilization of stator space, compact internal structure, small moment of inertia, light weight, and adaptability to thyristor power supply.
2. All electric motors are equipped with compensating windings, which gives them excellent commutation performance and overload capacity.
3. The insulation level of the motor is F level, and it has been treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). The winding insulation has good insulation performance and mechanical strength.
