Choose the appropriate configuration for your application from three types of Axio Lab.A1 host racks: reflected light illumination and/or transmitted light illumination; Axio Lab.A1 for distortion free and cone light observation.

In metallography, Axio Lab.A1 is widely used for the detection of high samples. During structural testing, it is possible to analyze the microstructure and grain size of metals or capture relevant mechanism information that leads to material defects, such as fatigue, corrosion, stress cracks, and fissures. Use a digital camera with 1.3 to 12 million pixels to record the detection results.

Polarized observation can be used to characterize the microstructure of hair, soil, and fibers in forensic detection of criminal samples. Analyze spray paint and paint fragments using bright field, fluorescence, and polarized light microscopy techniques. If you are a geologist, you can use this instrument to detect rock sections and mineral samples, such as for oil extraction.
