2、 Maintenance and repair of ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector:

After installation, lubricating oil should be added to each transmission part, and then a test run should be conducted to check if the reducer is reversing. If it is reversing, it should be immediately rewired to avoid damaging the parts. If it is confirmed to be correct, it can be officially started.

After the top cover is closed, it should be tested for flexible rotation first. The joint between the top cover and the cleaning outdoor ring should be sealed with rubber to ensure the sealing performance when the top cover is closed.

3. Cover the filter bag frame with a filter bag (fluff facing inward), and secure the bag opening and guide with a pressure strip to prevent air leakage. Then carefully insert the filter bag into the flower board (be careful not to scratch or scratch the filter bag), and insert the tail cone into the corresponding positioning ring of the lower bracket. Place a rubber ring under the upper guide frame and press it down with a pressure plate.

6. The sealing filler should be embedded between the flower board and the bracket, and between the bracket and the support ring. Then, the bolts should be tightened and adjusted to ensure that the flower board plane is parallel to the anti blowing air outlet of the rotating arm and maintains a distance of 62mm.

7. Rubber strips should be installed at each entrance door, explosion-proof door, observation hole, etc. to ensure their sealing.

8. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flanges of the ash hopper filter chamber cylinder, clean room, etc. before tightening the bolts to prevent air leakage.

4、 ZC-II/III type mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector model representation series:

For intermittent work scenarios, a U-shaped pressure gauge with a 0-300mm indication can also be used, with manual control of blowback operation or timed control.

The XLED (BLED) type reducer adopts a fixed resistance control method, which uses the resistance of the dust collector as a signal to control the automatic opening and closing of the anti blowing mechanism. The pressure tapping tube is installed on the inlet and outlet of the dust collector.

1. Anti blowing automatic control scheme:

The bottom of the ash hopper adopts a star valve, and the dust collector with one or two filter bags is equipped with a Φ 300YJD-B discharge device. Equip the dust collector with three or four circles of filter bags with a Φ 400YJD-B discharge device.

2. Ash unloading device:

The rotation speed of the arm should be strictly selected according to the parameters in the table. It is recommended to use XLED or BLED planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducers. Other reduction devices can also be used according to the local product supply situation, provided that the required output shaft speed and torque are met.

3. Rotary arm transmission mechanism:

The actual operating parameters of the anti blowing machine are closely related to the filtering conditions. During operation and debugging, the anti blowing pipeline valve should be adjusted to ensure that the anti blowing power can blow off the dust accumulation on the filter bag without being too strong, so as not to affect the service life of the filter bag.

From the perspective of operational reliability, it is recommended to use a cyclic anti blowing method, and based on this, the anti blowing machine is selected as listed in Appendix 1. Install a closed inclined plug valve made according to the HVAC International T305 diagram on the inlet pipeline of the anti blowing machine. If atmospheric anti blowing method is used, the selected anti blowing machine will have a slight surplus. At this time, a DDZ-I electric regulating valve should be installed at its inlet, interlocked with the anti blowing machine to overcome air leakage factors.

If circulating air is used for back blowing, that is, the suction port of the back blowing machine is connected to the clean room. At this time, the back blowing system forms its own circuit, eliminating the risk of air leakage and condensation. However, the negative pressure in the clean room cannot be utilized, and the selected fan pressure is the actual pressure head required for back blowing.

If atmospheric wind reverse blowing is used, that is, the suction port of the reverse blower is connected to the atmosphere. At this time, the negative pressure in the clean room is also the pressure head of the counter blowing effect, but the counter blowing volume becomes a leakage factor in the system, reducing the effective suction air volume and easily causing condensation under high temperature conditions.

When used in explosive gas environments, the box and top cover of the dust collector should be equipped with flip type explosion-proof doors, and diagonal pin fasteners must be added between the top cover and the clean room. The selection should be explained.

The filter bag material is made of "208" industrial polyester velvet. When designing and selecting based on its thermal performance (temperature resistance of 150 ℃), it is recommended to ensure that the inlet temperature of stable high-temperature flue gas does not exceed 120 ℃, and for unstable high-temperature flue gas that occasionally occurs (usually not exceeding 5 minutes); Under the condition of dust on the filter bag, the inlet temperature is allowed to be relaxed to 150 ℃.

3. Inlet temperature:

The emission concentration of coal dust and ultra-fine metal oxide dust cooled to 120 ℃ in electric furnaces is much lower than the national emission standards. Therefore, this dust collector is fully capable of meeting the purification requirements for ultra-fine dust.

When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the anti blowing machine can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti blowing machine and the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism for anti blowing. We can also provide supporting automatic control devices. A counter blowing airflow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered airflow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag and shaking off accumulated dust. Rotate the arm in turns and blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism is manually turned off or automatically stopped. Filtering condition - The dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filtering chamber tangentially, due to the volute shaped inlet. Large particles and aggregated dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under centrifugal force. Small particle dust disperses in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtration chamber and is retained by the filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, purified air passes through the filter wall and collects through the filter bag guide on the flower plate in the clean room, and is sucked out by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere.

The star shaped ash discharge valve, reduction device and motor, reverse blower, rotary arm reduction mechanism, and circulating air pipeline are all accessories. According to user requirements, it can be equipped on behalf of others. The platform and ladder are not shown in the series of final assembly drawings. They, along with the foundation and circulating air duct of the anti blower, should be designed and installed according to the specific situation on site.

The anti blowing rotary arm is driven by a reducer placed on the top cover. The anti blowing machine is installed on the ground and connected to the rotary arm through a central pipe.
