Machine features
1. The whole machine is controlled by a 7-variable frequency motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction, winding) of the whole machine is automatically controlled by a Western door PLC system. It is controlled and displayed through a human-machine interface touch screen to improve the reliability of the whole machine tension.
2. The form of the material rack is an electric flip type dual station, using magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. (Bottom coat) Mesh coating method, the coating scraper shaft adopts a heavy-duty dual axis mechanical independent movement, the scraper adjustment method is manual with pneumatic, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the coating amount depends on the mesh line of the mesh roller. Different coating amounts can be replaced with different mesh rollers.
4. The comma scraper roller clutch is operated by pneumatic means, and the gap adjustment is controlled by micro adjustment devices on the left and right gearboxes. The thickness of the adhesive is measured by a feeler gauge.
5. The bottom coating oven is independently temperature controlled in 3 sections of 9 meters, and the surface coating oven is independently temperature controlled in 9 sections of 27 meters. The heating adopts electric heating, and the hot air enters the drying system. The adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device provides strong air intake and exhaust, ensuring thorough drying.
6. The guide wheel inside the oven is actively synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission adopts a synchronous belt wheel transmission type to reduce material stretching and deformation. The cylinder open top oven and film penetration operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
7. The intermediate tension between the coating roller and the traction steel roller is synchronized using a floating swing arm controlled automatically by PLC

9. The correction adopts EPC ultrasonic edge alignment machine to ensure the neatness of material winding.
10. The retractable shaft adopts a key type inflatable shaft, equipped with a safety clamp, for the convenience of loading and unloading operations.
11. High precision upward pressure traction device, steel roller cooling adopts water circulation type, which makes the film smoother, smoother, and more effective in cooling through the cooling roller.
12. The form of the material receiving rack is an electric flip type dual station, and the winding adopts a dual frequency conversion motor. The vector frequency converter is controlled by a PLC computer system.
