Machine Overview
This machine is a combination of imported exquisite coating machine technology and years of experience in producing coating machines. It adopts two coating methods: comma scraper and mesh coating. The comma scraper coating is for adhesive tape coating, and the mesh coating is for silicone oil coating. It is widely used in the production of various coating products such as aluminum foil tape, kraft paper tape, BOPP tape, release paper, release film, etc.
Machine features
1. The whole machine is controlled by a 5-variable frequency motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction, winding) of the whole machine is automatically controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC system from Japan. It is controlled and displayed through a human-machine interface touch screen to improve the reliability of the tension of the whole machine.
2. The feeding rack is in the form of a hydraulic lifting single station, using magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. The clutch adjustment of the comma scraper roller adopts a pneumatic swing arm type, which is equipped with a micro adjustment device for control. The thickness of the adhesive is controlled by a feeler gauge.
4. Mesh coating method, the coating scraper shaft adopts a heavy-duty dual axis mechanical independent movement, the scraper adjustment method is manual with pneumatic, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the coating amount depends on the mesh line of the mesh roller. Different coating amounts can be replaced with different mesh rollers.
5. The oven is 18 meters long and divided into 9 independent temperature control sections. The heating is achieved through the circulation of thermal oil, and the hot air enters the drying system. The adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device provides strong air intake and exhaust, ensuring thorough drying.
6. The guide wheel inside the oven is actively synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission adopts a synchronous belt wheel transmission type to reduce material stretching and deformation. The cylinder open top oven and film penetration operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
7. The middle tension of the coating roller traction steel roller is synchronously controlled by a floating swing arm and automatically controlled by PLC

9. The correction adopts EPC edge alignment machine to ensure the neatness of material winding.
10. The retractable shaft adopts a key type inflatable shaft for convenient loading and unloading operations.
11. High precision upward pressure traction device, steel roller cooling adopts water circulation type, which makes the film smoother, smoother, and more effective in cooling through the cooling roller.
12. The receiving rack is in the form of a hydraulic lifting single station, and the winding adopts a variable frequency motor. The vector frequency converter is controlled by a PLC computer system.
