■ Structural features:

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, with epoxy resin sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of the shell, and enamel lining on the inner surface when needed; The connecting bolt adopts hexagonal socket bolt and is sealed with top glue.
3. Reliable hygienic epoxy resin meets the hygiene standard GB/T17219-1998, and the gate is fully covered with rubber that meets hygiene inspection requirements; The valve stem, valve stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze materials that are not corroded by water. Suitable for industries such as drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and gas, industry, and food.
Design standards:

Corrosion resistant coating: The parts of the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body that come into contact with the medium are coated with epoxy resin. The valve stem is made of stainless steel material, and the valve stem nut is made of copper alloy material. The gate fully covers the small feet to prevent corrosion. It can be used in pure water systems, sewage systems, and harsh underground environments;
Online maintenance: The connection between the valve body and valve stem is sealed with three "O" rings, reducing the opening and closing torque, significantly reducing water leakage, and allowing for online replacement of sealing rings.
