Working principle

Function Description

Overpressure shutdown

When the pressure regulating equipment malfunctions or fails, and the gas pressure in the pipeline exceeds the safe range of use, the red lifting button of the self closing valve is completely pushed out, automatically cutting off the gas supply to prevent potential accidents such as meter explosion, hose rupture or detachment due to high pressure, and stove misfiring due to high pressure. When the equipment is shut down for maintenance or accidentally damaged (such as cutting off pipelines), the gas supply will be automatically cut off when the gas supply pressure is too low, which can effectively prevent the "backfire" and "flame out" caused by unstable gas supply and avoid the possible gas leakage during "re supply". When the rubber hose becomes loose, falls off, ages, or breaks, causing a large amount of gas leakage, the self closing valve will automatically cut off the gas supply to prevent gas accidents. Leak prevention testing

The specific method is to close the household ball valve and stove, observe for at least five minutes. If there is no leakage, the self closing valve will still remain open. However, if it is found to automatically close, it indicates that there is a leakage point in the pipeline. Apply concentrated soapy water to each connection and check for bubbles. If a leakage point is found, it should be reported for repair in a timely manner.
