The S304 sample holder is a rectangular aperture epithelial tissue fixation holder with a diameter of 2.8 X 11.2 mm and an effective tissue area of 0.3 cm2. It can be used for intestinal epithelium in mice or larger animals.

The S304 sample holder consists of a whiteboard and a transparent plate fastened together. There is a thin circle of fixing pins around the hole on the inside of the whiteboard to fix the epithelium and prevent it from curling.

The S304 sample holder is suitable for C4300 Yusi chamber, P2300 Yusi chamber, and C3305 Yusi chamber.

The S304 sample holder is an upgraded version of the foreign P2304 sample holder, which avoids the corrosion and leakage problems that exist in the P2304 sample holder. The S304 sample holder has finer workmanship and better performance compared to the P2304 sample holder.
