Working principle of YZUL vertical vibration motor:
The YZUL vertical vibration motor is an excitation circle that combines a power source and a vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, which use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force. The YZUL series vibration motor generates adjustable horizontal, vertical, inclined and other directions of multiple excitation forces from the operation of the motor itself, forming various motion modes such as rapid planar dispersion, central aggregation, planar rotation, and three-dimensional rotation of materials. It is used to control mechanical performance indicators such as discharge speed and processing accuracy, and adapts to different mechanical requirements for vibration sources with its unique structural characteristics.

Precautions for use and maintenance of YZUL vertical vibration motor:
The output cable of YZUL vertical vibration motor should be selected as a heavy-duty four core cable due to the need to withstand vibration. Sudden bending is not allowed near the cable outlet, and a bending radius greater than 8-9 times the outer diameter of the cable should be provided before fixing the cable to a stationary machine or frame. Its distance is approximately 0.6 to 0.9 meters. Soft insulation material should be placed at the clamp of the fixed cable to prevent friction and damage to the cable. The grounding wire of a four core cable must be connected to the grounding screw inside the junction box at one end and reliably grounded at the other end.
Use and maintenance of YZUL vertical vibration motor:
1. The bearings of vibration motors should be regularly greased, usually every 2-3 months. Use an oil gun to inject or disassemble oil at the nozzle of the vibration motor.
2. Vibration motors are generally maintained once every 4-6 months and checked once a year. During maintenance, remove dust from the machine body, check the insulation resistance and wiring of the coil for firmness, and promptly remove any potential hazards. During maintenance, the motor should be turned on, the dust inside and outside the body should be removed, the wear of the bearings should be checked, and the joints should be inspected Check if the grounding and fastening bolts are loose and tighten them in a timely manner, and replace them with new lubricating grease.
3. If any abnormal noise is found during the operation of the vibration motor, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before restarting.
4. Vibration motors are allowed to have an appropriate amount of axial clearance. If the shaft and bearing are dynamically matched using single row tapered roller bearings, the axial clearance must be controlled between 0.30-0.35mm. If the clearance is too large, it should be adjusted in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause the motor to be easily burned out due to sweeping.
5. When the vibration motor is not in use, it must be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Corrosive gases should not be used in the warehouse, and new stored vibration motors should be regularly inspected.
