Electric rollers, as the power source for belt conveyors and lifting equipment, are widely used in sectors such as mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, building materials, electricity, light industry, grain, and transportation.
Compared with general reduction mechanisms, electric rollers have the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, good sealing, easy installation, and simple maintenance. They can be used in harsh environments such as high dust, humidity, mud, and open air, with ambient temperatures ranging from -20 ° C to 40 ° C. They are generally not used for transporting high-temperature materials or explosive places, and should be installed horizontally at an altitude of no more than 1000 meters.
Our company designs and produces electric rollers with fixed shaft gears according to the JB/T7330-94 standard of the Ministry of Machinery. There are three transmission forms: planetary gears and cycloidal pinwheels. The installation forms include motor built-in (internal), motor external (external), and mobile type used on mobile conveyors. There are six major series of products including YJDTN (TDY75), YJBTN (wDTN, WXTN), and YJDY, all of which can be coated with glue. There are three types of glue surfaces: flat glue, "human" glue, and diamond glue. In addition to YJDY and type mobile rollers, they can also be equipped with reverse function. There are two types of built-in motors: oil cooled and oil immersed; When the motor is externally mounted, there is a horizontal inline type. Vertical motor type. There are three assembly forms for horizontal and vertical types, and the electric motor is matched with the Y series motor. If the explosion-proof type motor is selected, it can be used in places with explosion-proof requirements. 2、 The representation method of electric drum

1. Several explanations about the drum type code:
(1) Motor installation form and cooling method:
When the motor is built-in, it is generally indicated that the motor cooling method is oil cooled (Y) or oil immersed (J)
When the motor is externally mounted, indicate the installation form of the motor:
Horizontal motor inline type (W Ⅰ), vertical motor direct connection type (W Ⅱ), horizontal motor vertical type (W Ⅲ)
(2) Transmission form code:

2. Regarding the regulations on the rotation direction of the electric drum when equipped with a backstop function:
Observing from the power input terminal (the terminal of the junction box when installed inside the motor, and the tail of the motor when installed outside), when the drum rotates clockwise, there is a time mark
Note S, mark N when the drum rotates counterclockwise, and do not mark without a backstop. When equipped with a backstop without direction indication, our company

Example 2:
The power of the vertical direct connection motor is 15kW, the surface linear velocity of the electric drum is 1.60m/s, the nominal diameter of the drum is 500mm, and the belt width of the conveyor belt is 800mm. It is equipped with a reverse stopper. When observed from the rear of the motor, the electric drum is a clockwise rotating vertical motor with a direct connection shaft type external swing line drum. The marking is:

4、 Precautions for using electric drum
Before use, the oil level inside the drum should be checked, and the oil level should be 2/3 of the drum radius; Check if the motor wiring is correct.
2. The drum must be started with no load.
3. After the first 300 hours of operation of the drum, replace the lubricating oil (grade N150) inside the drum. Afterwards, change the oil every 5000 hours and perform maintenance and repair.
4. Regularly check the oil level, adjust the oil seal spring or replace the oil seal according to the sealing condition
