purpose
Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in places where general pressure gauges are allowed to work, such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power stations. The automatic control of the tested system can be achieved through the use of instruments and matching electrical components.
YX - Slow moving contact position switch pressure gauge
YXC - Magnetic assisted contact position switch pressure gauge
YXN - is an anti vibration electric contact pressure gauge
Structural principle
The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, an electrical connector device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box. The working principle of the instrument is that under pressure, the pointer (referred to as the movable pointer in this instrument) of the basic pressure gauge rises. When the movable pointer contacts the upper limit pointer in the electrical connector system, the instrument sends an electrical signal to the control system, causing the power source of the pressure system to stop working. On the contrary, when the movable pointer comes into contact with the lower limit setting pointer in the electrical contact system, the instrument sends another signal to the control system, causing the power source of the pressure system to restart and boost the system.
