The YWC series oily wastewater treatment device (also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator) is an environmentally friendly product developed and designed according to the requirements of the International Maritime Organization's IMO MEPC 107 (49) guidelines, with an effluent oil content of ≤ 15ppm. This device belongs to the high-end technology product of marine environmental protection, which can effectively treat residual residual oil containing various fuel oils, extremely high density, and emulsion mixture bilge water composed of iron oxide, surfactants, etc. on ships. The processing range ranges from 0.25 cubic meters per hour to 5 cubic meters per hour, with a total of nine specifications and models. The YWC-0.25 can be configured for ships under 1000 tons, while the YWC-5.00 can be configured for large ships over 300000 tons.

The water purification system adopts four stages of treatment (first stage inclined plate gravity and coalescence separation, first stage fiber filter, second stage fiber filter interception separation, third stage ultrafiltration membrane permeation separation, etc.), which deeply removes oil from the water and directly meets the water quality discharge standards after water purification.
The water purification system is equipped with a backwash device, which promptly cleans the hydrophilic and oleophobic fiber filter material to maintain its effectiveness and extend its service life.

When the water level reaches a high point after oil-water separation, the water pump is automatically started for drainage, and the water enters the water purification system for automatic purification treatment.
