1、 Product Overview

The YVF series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is a new generation of variable frequency speed regulation motor developed to meet market demand, based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the summary of our factory's years of experience in producing YJT series variable frequency speed regulation motors.
The 4-pole motor of the YVF series variable frequency motor complies with the provisions of JB/T7118-93 "Technical Conditions for Small Variable Frequency Variable Voltage Speed Control Motors and Power Supplies", while other pole motors comply with the provisions of IEC34-1 and GB/T755.
2、 YVF series variable frequency motor model description:
Taking YVF200L1-6 as an example: YVF represents the motor model; 200 represents the center height (mm); L represents the length code of the machine base; 1 represents the length code of the iron core; 6 represents the number of motor poles.
3、 YVF series variable frequency motor usage conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
2. The ambient air humidity varies with the seasons, but does not exceed 40 ℃, with a minimum of -15 ℃.
3. The average relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the average lowest temperature of that month is not higher than 25 ℃.

1. The protection level of the shell is IP44, and it can also be made into IP54 according to user requirements.
2. The cooling method is fully enclosed with axial flow fan cooling (IC416).
3. According to user requirements, various high-resolution sensors (photoelectric encoders, rotary transformers, and speed generators) can be equipped.
