One Product Introduction
The YUF series floating corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump consists of three main parts: a floating platform floating on the liquid surface, a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump, and an automatic liquid level control switch. Its main advantage is that the pump can rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid surface, allowing the pump to always immerse in the liquid and work reliably, effectively treating sewage or sludge in deeper tanks. In addition to the above advantages, the YUF-J series floating corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump is equipped with a stirring slurry at the bottom, which can stir the sediment under the liquid while transporting it, and perform stirring and suction simultaneously. Especially suitable for various occasions with large changes in liquid level, deep liquid level, and fast material settling speed.
（1） Main product features
1. Chemical resistance: The pump and the parts in contact with the medium are made of polypropylene (PP) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material, which can adapt to the transportation of various acidic and alkaline media except concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
2. Wear resistance: The overcurrent components of the pump are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with excellent wear resistance. This material has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. Therefore, the pump can not only transport clean acidic and alkaline liquids, but also various slurries and mortars. The pump is equipped with a semi open impeller, which has a large flow capacity.
3. Safety: The pump is equipped with a liquid level automatic control switch. When the liquid level in the tank (pool) drops to the shaft seal position, the pump can automatically shut down without damaging the pump due to idling.
（2） Technical performance and scope of application
1. Technical performance: The operating temperature is -5~80 ℃ (for special requirements and modified materials, it can be increased to 100 ℃), the flow rate is 4~450m3/h, and the head is within 55m.
2. Scope of application: Widely applicable to the transportation of various acidic and alkaline media except concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
（3） Typical usage examples
Environmental protection industry: transporting various types of waste acid and sewage.
Chemical industry: As a supporting pump for various low-level tanks, especially those with large liquid level changes and deep liquid levels.
Smelting industry: transportation of wet copper leaching solution, transportation of acidic and alkaline slurry and mortar in various accident tanks.

VI Installation, use and maintenance instructions
6.1 Inspection before operation
Check if the fastening screws of each part are loose and if the floating bucket is leaking air. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired before installation. Check whether the pump shaft operates flexibly or has abnormal noise, jamming, etc. The clearance between the impeller and the pump body should be 1-2mm, and the clearance between the pump cover and the impeller should be 1-2mm. If it does not meet the requirements, it can be adjusted by adding or removing impeller pads or pump cover pads. Connect the power cord and jog to check if the motor direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the pump.
6.2 Installation
Select rubber hoses, polyethylene pipes, or nylon pipes according to the medium conditions and connect them well with the pump outlet pipe. Valves should be installed in the fixed pipeline section of the output pipe to adjust the working conditions of the pump. Slowly place the pump horizontally into the pool. For small-sized pumps, manual methods can be used, while for large-sized pumps, a crane must be used. According to the actual situation of liquid level changes, hang the power cord, and the principle is that the power cord should never be soaked in the medium. For larger pools, windproof ropes should also be tied up.
6.3 Start and Stop
Connect the power supply during startup and slowly open the outlet valve to the desired working state; Close the exit valve before turning off the power when parking.
6.4 Disassembly and assembly sequence (please lift the pump out of the tank first before disassembling)

a. First, remove the liquid outlet pipe 28;
b. Unscrew filter cover 1 (right-hand thread), unscrew pump cover 2, and remove pump cover gasket 20;
c. Unscrew the locking nut 3 and anti rotation nut 4, and then remove the locking nut pad 21, Huasi 5, impeller 22, impeller pad 23, and shaft sleeve 24 accordingly;
d. Unscrew pump body 6 (right-hand thread), unscrew fitting ring 8 (left-hand thread), and remove K-shaped sealing ring 7.

a. First, remove the liquid outlet pipe 29;
b. Unscrew the locking nut 1 and anti rotation nut 21, and then remove the locking nut pad 22, Huasi 2, mixing impeller 3, mixing impeller pad 23, lower shaft sleeve 4, and lower shaft sleeve pad 25 accordingly;
c. Unscrew pump cover 5, remove pump cover gasket 24, remove impeller 7, impeller gasket 26, and upper shaft sleeve 27;
d. Unscrew pump body 6 (right-hand thread), unscrew fitting ring 9 (left-hand thread), and remove K-shaped sealing ring 8.
The installation sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence, and special attention should be paid to the installation of gaskets in each part. After installation, please perform the pre run check in section 6.1.
6.5 Safety precautions
a. Conductive cables should be used overhead to prevent leakage due to corrosion by the medium;
b. If the pump is overturned into the water, the power should be cut off first and then salvaged;
c. When repairing, do not stand on the floating bucket. Instead, lift the pump onto the shore before repairing.
