This series of pressure gauges is suitable for work environments where general pressure gauges are applicable. The instrument can visually display the measured pressure value and also output the corresponding resistance value. Input the output resistance value into the remote secondary instrument for centralized detection and remote control.

Structural principle

This instrument consists of a spring tube pressure gauge and a sliding wire resistance transmitter.

The function of the mechanical part of the instrument is the same as that of a general spring tube pressure. As the resistance transmitter is set on the gear transmission mechanism, when the fan-shaped gear oil in the gear transmission mechanism is biased, the rotating arm (brush) of the resistance transmitter is also deflected accordingly. As the brush slides on the resistor, the change in the measured pressure value is transformed into a change in the resistance value, which is transmitted to the secondary instrument and indicates the corresponding reading value one by one. At the same time, the primary instrument also indicates the corresponding pressure value.
