Working principle
The machine is mainly composed of chassis trolley, column, hydraulic lifting system, hopper flipping system and other mechanisms. When working, first fasten the cone bucket and the material bucket, start the lifting operation rod, perform lifting motion, start the flipping operation rod, and the material bucket can be flipped 180 degrees. Move the chassis trolley to seal the feeding port of the next process equipment, and open the discharge disc valve on the hopper to facilitate feeding. The lifting height of the machine from the discharge port to the ground is 1.8m, and the overall height is 1.95m, making it convenient to pass through the regular door of the clean area and increasing the range of use.
