Precautions for using YJD-HG series unloader
1. Before use, check the idle operation of the unloading device. Use a lever to make the rotor idle, check if the device rotates flexibly, and whether there are any hard objects inside the device that affect rotation.
2. Carefully check if the motor wiring is secure and correct.
3. During periodic use, it is necessary to clean and maintain the unloading device to prevent the rotor and shell from rusting and swelling due to prolonged disuse caused by oily and water-based substances.
4. Regularly check the lubrication condition of the gearbox and perform regular maintenance on components such as bearings.
