The YHA-2310 (QX6520-1A) dissolved oxygen analyzer is a portable instrument designed specifically for users. The whole machine is controlled by a microcomputer processor, making the measurement more accurate and convenient. It is widely used in environmental testing, rivers, lakes, seas, wastewater treatment, various aquaculture industries, and sewage treatment plants.
The intelligent dissolved oxygen analyzer consists of a dissolved oxygen meter and a polarographic oxygen electrode. The electrode is the core part of the measurement. The electrode is wrapped with a silver wire anode and a platinum cathode immersed in a protective cover (measuring head) filled with a certain concentration of potassium chloride electrolyte. The bottom of the protective cover is a PTFE dissolved oxygen membrane that only allows oxygen in the solution to penetrate. When a polarization voltage of 700mV is applied, the oxygen that infiltrates the membrane will generate hydrogen ions at the cathode, and silver chloride will deposit on the anode, producing a current that is proportional to the oxygen content in the sample. The instrument converts the measured current value into the dissolved oxygen concentration value and displays it.
