The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is a micro pressure gauge with corrosion resistance developed based on the structural characteristics of ordinary diaphragm pressure gauges. Applied to equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, it measures the micro pressure and negative pressure of various fluid media in processes with high corrosion resistance requirements. Structural principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system (including flange joints, corrugated diaphragms), a transmission mechanism (including connecting rods, gear transmission mechanisms), indicator components (pointers and dials), and a housing (including a case and lining, glass).

The principle of operation of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated film box under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then amplified by the transmission mechanism of the lever gear, and the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear.

Equipped with protective devices on the structure to prevent deformation of the membrane box due to overload, and equipped with a zero adjustment device for easy adjustment of the zero position.
