Product Introduction

Inflatable test transformers are essential testing equipment for power equipment inspection and preventive testing. With the development of China's power industry, the voltage level requirements for test transformers are also increasing. However, traditional oil immersed test transformers are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of on-site work in terms of volume, weight, and performance.

With the progress of basic scientific research in our country, the application of new materials and processes has pushed the new medium sulfur hexafluoride gas into the field of power equipment. Due to its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing properties, as well as non flammability, sulfur hexafluoride gas has been widely used as a new insulation medium.

After years of effort, the inflatable AC test transformer has been successfully researched. Compared with traditional oil immersed lightweight test transformers, this series of inflatable test transformers has reduced weight by 20% -60% (depending on voltage and capacity level), and is free of oil pollution. The voltage level of a single inflatable test transformer can reach 300KV. Due to the use of new production processes, the technical performance of the product has been greatly improved, making it particularly suitable for on-site work and frequent moving working conditions.

1. Inflatable test transformers have a small volume and light weight (40% -65% lighter than oil immersed test transformers of the same grade).

4. The insulation strength is significantly higher than that of oil immersed test transformers, and the corona is extremely small.
