1. Overview of YDF type induced draft fan

1.1 YDF type induced draft fan is mainly used under the condition of no air duct. Multiple induced draft fans are arranged in a certain distance and direction, and a small amount of high-speed jet gas is used to induce the surrounding static air, achieving efficient and economical ventilation and air exchange effect. It can also be separately arranged in the ventilation dead corner area to dilute the exhaust gas by inducing high-speed jet flow from the fan.
1.2 YDF type induction fans can be divided into two types according to different user needs: Type A: ducted induction fans, consisting of high-pressure fans, small-diameter spiral ducts, and nozzles; Type B: Small induction fan with built-in nozzle, flexible air duct and nozzle, can be composed of multiple induction fans to form an induction system.
1.3. According to user needs, pollutant concentration sensing devices and controllers can be equipped to achieve automatic control (intelligent induction fans).

6. YDF type induced draft fan processing technology
6.1. The fan impeller and casing are all made of high-quality galvanized steel plates, produced by molds and formed by splicing and biting. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
6.2. The soundproof induced draft fan casing is formed by CNC bending machine folding, lined with soundproof material, and assembled with aluminum alloy profiles using self tapping bolts.
