IIIStructural characteristics
This instrument mainly consists of three parts: condenser, evaporator, and electric heating tube. The main materials are made of stainless steel sheets and seamless stainless steel pipes, with a beautiful appearance. The electric heating part adopts an immersion electric heating tube, which has high thermal efficiency.
1. Condenser section: The heated water vapor passes through this device, and distilled water can be produced by cold and hot exchange, which can also be disassembled.
2. Evaporation pot part: When the water source in the pot exceeds the bottom of the water cup, it will automatically overflow from the overflow pipe on the cup. The boiler body is detachable, making it easy to clean the scale inside the boiler. There is a drain valve at the bottom for easy draining or replacement of stored water at any time.
3Electric heating tube section: This section involves immersing the electric heating tube into water at the bottom of the evaporator to heat it, causing the water to boil and produce steam. The heating time depends on the power of the saw electric heating tube. The heating of the electric heating tube is achieved by the electrical control part. The electrical control part consists of high-power relays, temperature sensitive switches, etc
