Overview of YA Circular Vibration Screen Products:

The motion trajectory of the YA circular vibrating screen box is circular, suitable for screening coal, limestone, crushed stone, gravel, metal or non-metal ores and other materials. The machine adopts a frame structure, and uses a common motor to drive a vibrator to make the sieve body undergo periodic and limited reciprocating vibration along the direction of the excitation force. The material continuously moves in a circular motion on the sieve surface, thus achieving the purpose of screening. This series of vibrating screens consists of an eccentric exciter, a screen box, an electric motor, a base, and a supporting device.

Basic structure of YA circular vibrating screen:

The YA series circular vibrating screening machine mainly consists of a screening box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis, etc. The cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by an electric motor through a triangular belt, generating centrifugal inertia force and forcing the screen box to vibrate. The side plate of the screening machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected to the crossbeam and exciter base with high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by an electric motor through a coupling, generating centrifugal inertia force that forces the screen to vibrate.

The screening machine is installed in a seated manner. The adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be achieved by changing the position and height of the spring support.

The YA series circular vibrating screen generally has an electric motor installed on the right side of the screen frame, or it can be installed on the left side of the screen frame. If there are no special requirements, the manufacturer will install and supply it on the right side of the material movement direction.

The screen mesh is the main vulnerable component. According to the material variety and user requirements, high manganese steel woven screen, punched screen, and rubber screen can be used. There are two types of screen surfaces, single-layer and double-layer. All types of screen can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life, and no hole blockage.



Working principle of YA circular vibrating screen:

The motion trajectory of the sieve box of the circular vibrating screen is circular or elliptical. The circular vibrating screen uses an inertia exciter to generate vibration, and its vibration source is generally driven by an electric motor. The circular vibrating screen is a single axis vibrator, and the main shaft fixed on the screen box is driven by a motor to rotate at a certain speed. The eccentric body installed on the main shaft rotates accordingly, generating centrifugal inertia force, which causes the freely vibrating screen box to produce vibration with an approximate circular trajectory


The screen surface of the circular vibrating screen is inclined (15 °~25 °). When the screen surface vibrates in a circular trajectory, the material is discarded and falls forward, and the material smaller than the screen hole is separated to the bottom of the screen.

1. The screening machine is divided into single-layer and double-layer, and there are light and heavy types.

2. The sieve structure includes textile mesh and perforated sieve plate. If an iron grate screen plate is selected, it can be designed according to the requirements.

When the selected mesh size of the upper layer of the double-layer sieve exceeds the mesh size specified in the technical performance and parameters, it should be designed according to the requirements.

4. The motor can be installed on the left or right side, and there are no special requirements for installation and supply according to the installation diagram.

5. The feeding box is an optional component, and if the user has a request, a feeding box can be provided.

If there is a requirement to change the inclination angle of the screen surface during selection, it can be designed separately.

7. The basic bolts shall be provided by the user themselves.




Use and maintenance of YA circular vibration screening:

The vibrating screen should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, and efforts should be made to avoid starting the machine with material. The feeding can only be carried out after the screen machine runs smoothly. Before stopping the machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the machine should be stopped after the surface material is removed. During the work process, the operation of the screening machine should be regularly observed. If any abnormal movement or abnormal noise is found, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated.
