Performance Overview:
The Y4-73 D-type boiler induced draft fan is suitable for the induced draft system of 2-670t/h steam boilers in large thermal power plants. The induced draft mechanism of Y4-73 boiler is single suction type, and the transmission mode is D-type, all of which are equipped with regulating valves to meet different working conditions. The impeller structure of the ventilation and induced draft fans with the same machine number is the same. The impeller adopts a rear inclined wing oblique cut blade, which is efficient, low-noise, and has high main specifications: strong and stable operation. The drive part of the induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device. The medium conveyed by this induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃. A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan. Each type of fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed.
G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation. The medium conveyed by the ventilation fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃

The centrifugal induced draft fan of Y/G4-73 boiler is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating valve and transmission part.
Shell: The shell is a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing of a single suction fan can be made in three different forms: the casing of No. 8~12 is made as a whole structure and cannot be disassembled. The shell of No. 14~16 is made into two open types. The shell of No. 18~28 is designed as a three open type. The induced draft fan and volute plate have been appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
Impeller: consisting of 12 angled blades with a backward sloping wing, welded between the conical front plate and the flat rear plate. The impeller structure of the same ventilation fan and induced draft fan is the same.
Air inlet: The convergent and streamlined air inlet is made into a whole structure and fixed on the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
Regulating door: a device used to regulate the flow rate of a fan, installed axially in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0 ° (fully open) to 90 ° (fully closed).
